We are looking for a SalesForce/Marketing Ops Consultant to lead a three-month SalesForce project in our Boulder, CO office. This will be a part-time (~15 hours a week) engagement with an opportunity for extension if necessary. This is a high visibility role with direct impact to Sales and Marketing Operational efficiency.

Reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer, you will work with our internal sales and marketing teams to optimize our SalesForce CRM platform within the Testplant organization. You will work to identify specific needs, implement changes to the Salesforce platform to meet those requirements and work with our internal stakeholders to ensure Salesforce is being maximized throughout the organization. This includes collaborating with Marketing, Sales, IT and Finance to ensure SalesForce data integrity, data quality and user efficiency of the Salesforce CRM. Specifically, you will assist all Salesforce functions with various analytical, reporting and process change needs.

About you:

• Minimum 5 years Salesforce experience  with a deep understanding of SFDC standard methodologies and functionality
• In-depth technical back-end knowledge of the Salesforce platform
• You bring a solid grasp of the Salesforce platform along with the ability to build custom objects
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable and demanding environment
• Preferably you have a Salesforce.com Administrator certification or equivalent and demonstrable experience.

 In short: You are an expert in setting up, configuring and advising on how best to use the SalesForce CRM platform within a scaling tech company.
