Envysion, a leading provider of video based SaaS technology solutions for retailers, fast casual restaurants and wireless dealers, is seeking an experienced sales savvy, data-driven Sales Operations Specialist.This person will be a key contributor in assisting with strategic planning for our sales teams. We are looking for candidates that have extensive experience working within Salesforce.com. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this person will be responsible for analyzing Salesforce.com data and making recommendations to help streamline the sales process to generate new and recurring revenue.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Planning/Process

  • Own and oversee the internal sales process and coordinate with Implementation, Marketing, Operations and Finance to create a transparent and smooth process
  • Creating, managing and maintaining process for quota setting, sales forecasting, opportunity management, process optimization, and sales compensation administration
  • Communicate effectively to sales leadership on sales team’s successes, challenges and execution plans for solving those challenges
  • Deliver Sales Executive new hire process and Salesforce training
Sales Enablement
  • Assist sales team prepare proposals and sales presentations
  • Manage catalog of sales tools
  • Research and recommend sales technology

Sales Reporting:

  • Analyze revenue trends & KPIs among other special projects to enhance productivity
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting, analysis and metrics to Sales Management relative to current business objectives
  • Assemble and distribute weekly sales forecasts and metrics

 Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales organization of a Tech/ SaaS company
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce.com reporting and analysis
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Sales training experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment a must
  • Continual attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interpret and explain data
  • BA/BS required
