Who We Are

All4staff was created as a solution to the problem that companies who hire employees rapidly face when it comes to onboarding a lot of contingent employees in a short period of time. Think of industries such as retail, ski areas, amusement parks, and restaurants. We took the traditional, paper oriented onboarding process and offered a SaaS solution that allows new employees to completely all of their paperwork from their mobile device prior to their first day of employment. This saves companies a significant amount of time and money and the simple and intuitive system is appreciated by employees. We spent a great deal of time talking to HR departments and employers and developed this SaaS system to address their pain points. We are doing for HR what Mint.com did for personal finance. Our platform goes beyond just addressing the paperwork and filing issues, it turns the antiquated onboarding and hiring process into an effective, streamlined experience that pleases employees, and ensures effective training and work-readiness, and ultimately increases both employee quality and retention.

The Culture

Our current team consists of four people that work out of our Boulder office. The environment is a  fast-paced, collaborative startup culture. We are passionate about what we do and we are looking for someone who deeply shares that passion too. The Job

We are looking for a “hunter”, a seasoned sales professional with drive and determination. You will be selling a SaaS product that will greatly benefit your customers and you need to be excited and passionate about the solution we offer. This role will provide both freedom and flexibility as well as excellent growth potential within the company.

We have a highly defined sales process in place. As we are an early stage startup, this role will initially involve pre-qualifying companies that come from our inbound marketing program, scheduling demos, running demos online, then converting them from trial to customer. Over time, you will be responsible for upselling them on HR technology specific to their workforce. The biggest challenge will be managing yourself through the process; asking for help when it is needed (we are happy to help!) and doing whatever it takes to move forward. The typical sales cycle is 60-90 days.

At first you will need to be in the office for learning purposes, but once you have learned the ropes, you can work from home as long as you are meeting goals. We have high expectations that you will be on your own and bringing in sales within 90 days.
