Xero is growing its US Sales organization and this is a very exciting time to join the team! We are looking for you to develop into a community leader for Xero by impacting Xero's market growth in specified States.
We are looking for a stellar Sales Coordinator to support our Denver based sales teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is energized by a dynamic role, and is an expert in multitasking. We are looking for an operational thinker with a get stuff done attitude!
What you'll do- Assist in organizing sales events in specific regions
- Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed
- Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

At a minimum, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Event management or related field marketing
- Exceptional written communication and people skills, plus the ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with privileged information
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently in a changing and multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines
- Experience with Google apps
