This role is all about lead generation, so it’s a good thing that’s one of your signature skills. Using a refined approach to building relationships, you can turn almost anyone into a trusted confidant within five minutes of speaking with them. That’s because you’re inquisitive and perceptive, so it doesn’t take you long to discover their innermost interests and tailor your interactions to address those concerns. You’re supremely well-suited to apply those skills to leading InvitedHome’s Realtor Experience Team because you’ve crafted robust relationships with realtors over your five years of experience and you can appreciate how high quality property management can help them reach their loftiest of goals. Even better, you’re an A-grade leader, so you know how to cultivate those skills and insights in others as you motivate them to achieve challenging goals, so you shouldn’t have any problem leading the Realtor Experience Team to unparalleled heights.

How You Can Help

We’re building a national team of realtor partnerships and this an your chance to get in at the early stages and take ownership of the strategy and day-to-day execution of that initiative. In this role, you lead a team that’s purpose-built to forge strong connections with realtors nationwide to ensure InvitedHome is always on top of their minds whenever an upscale home comes across their path. At InvitedHome, our homeowners, guests, and realtor partners are more than just “accounts”. They’re clients, colleagues, and confidants - and maintaining positive relationships is the name of the game. So you’ll inspire your team to establish genuine relationships with realtors in person, over the phone, and via email by demonstrating how InvitedHome can make homeownership a genuinely joyful experience for all their high-end clients.

How else?

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Leading a team to create and improve our realtor relationships coast to coast. This will involve travel to our destinations. Up to 50% at times.
• Growing InvitedHome’s existing realtor relationships to ensure we’re the undisputed leader in all the destinations we operate.
• Establishing InvitedHome’s presence in new markets to continue our push to become a global hospitality brand.
• Working closely with our in-destination teams to establish face-to-face relationships with realtors and homeowners when needed.
• Coordinating and building excitement for realtor events in each of our markets. Think two events per year per destination.
• Managing projects, and internal processes and programs to ensure your team is interacting effectively with other InvitedHome teams. 
• Building, managing, motivating, growing, and retaining a great team of top-notch talent that is cut from your cloth and can execute your vision brilliantly.
