Summary/Objective:

This position is responsible for proactively seeking new large clients and partnerships in existing and undeveloped market segments.  Prospecting daily, building client base to increase overall company revenue and growth while effectively interfacing with multiple departments internally to drive new customer loyalty and retention is a major function of this role.  Success is based on the ability to bring new clients to the Travelers Haven platform, while building relationships.  

 

Essential Functions:

·         Prospect daily to identify new corporate accounts

·         Execute sales presentations and online demos to prospect accounts

·         Negotiate revenue share and partnership agreements with new clients

·         Oversee strategic planning, and operate as the lead point of contact, for any and all matters specific to your portfolio

·         Perform Quarterly Business Reviews with your top accounts

·         Identify opportunities to upsell your portfolio

·         Build long-lasting relationships with clients, and challenge them to use Travelers Haven exclusively for their temporary housing needs

·         Perform customer visits, attend conferences and tradeshows, participate in networking events

·         Serve as an SME in assigned industry vertical – perform weekly research of industry trends and current events

·         Collaborate with marketing team to develop presentations and new demand generation campaigns

·         Team with VP Sales to lead Business Development efforts in assigned vertical

·         Collaborate with senior leadership to improve sales strategies and internal processes

 

Competency:

·         A hunger and passion for helping businesses improve their temporary housing and employee mobility programs

·         Proven ability to manage multiple projects and activities while paying attention to detail

·         Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Self-starter and self-motivated

 

Required Education & Experience:

·         4-5 years’ experience in Outside B2B sales in the corporate housing space

·         BA/BS degree a plus

Travel:  20%
