RxREVU is looking for (2) two National Sales Directors to join our Sales team. Reporting to the SVP of Sales, this National Sales Director is accountable for driving the achievement of sales and quality goals of the organization through his/her own direct sales efforts. We are seeking a highly motivated individual that will be expected to quickly learn the RxREVU product offering and strategy, while leveraging previous sales experience to drive forward customer development and generate new revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating revenue and/or profit margin in assigned accounts and territories.
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction, facilitating positive long-term relationships with high potential for continued business and revenue growth with customers.
  • Setting account and territory plans on an annual, quarterly, and/or monthly basis.
  • Developing business with key or named accounts.
  • Prospecting, setting appointments, coordinating travel, attending trade shows, follow-up calls, enrollment assistance and follow-up after live.
  • Financial modeling for revenue forecasting perspectives

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • 7+ years of related healthcare & software sales/business development experience required
  • Early Stage Startup experience required
  • Proven track record of meeting & exceeding $2M+ annual 
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master's degree a plus
  • Ability to travel 30-40%
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and anticipating their needs
  • Ability to develop and manage new and existing accounts and be able to sell within all levels (including C-level) of an organization, utilizing solution selling techniques to identify business needs, develop customized solutions, and measure business problems.
  • Proven experience managing a complex sales cycle and selling to multiple levels within mid-sized and large enterprise organizations.
  • Proven relationship management skills and have experience with extensive account follow-up with prospects and customers in large cross-matrixed environments.
  • Demonstrated sales track record in highly competitive environments with the ability to qualify opportunities, obtain customer commitments, and negotiate and close contracts
  • Knowledgeable in channel partner models and the local competitive environment.
