We are seeking an energized and talented Manager of Outbound Sales to lead our amazing Outbound Sales Team, which is dedicated to both active lifestyles and to helping small businesses flourish. Zen Planner’s Outbound Sales Team is responsible for effective lead generation and qualification, and is integral in the growth and success of the company. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage, motivate and grow the Outbound Sales Team of 8-10 sale reps.
• Partner with the Director of Sales to set and execute the overall sales team strategy.
• Establish practices and processes to quickly scale and grow the Outbound Sales Team.
• Ensure the success and efficiency of individual and team performances, and ensure all sales goals are attained.
• Implement innovative programs and initiatives based on emerging trends in the market and industry.
• Produce and implement action-oriented Employee Success Plans when sales goals and values do not meet expectations.
• Produce a monthly scorecard of sales team results.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly and annual reviews of teams’ performance metrics.
• Participate in call shadowing, 1:1 coaching and team building activities. 
• Lead the process for recruiting, selecting and training new team members to meet sales forecasts and growth expectations.
• Partner with Marketing and Technology for seamless lead list imports.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous sales experience (SaaS preferred) and minimum of 1-2 years management experience in an outbound sales setting.
• Demonstrated experience building a high performance team through effective coaching, counseling, training and managing of people.
• Proven track record in implementing processes and systems to strategically drive sales and new leads.
• Reliable, strong, entrepreneurial work ethic and able to work independently.
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Experience with Insidesales.com and Salesforce.com 
• Bachelors Degree 

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
• Passion for fitness or sports: i.e. Crossfit, Zumba, Martial Arts, or Yoga.
• Prior experience in a SaaS company.
