We're seeking a Collections Manager who has a genuine desire to help small business owners. You will build and foster relationships will business owners who have borrowed working capital from OnDeck and are seeking repayment assistance.

What you offer us:
- Experience managing a predictive dialer Collections environment that uses models to determine queuing priority
- Experience developing and A/B testing collection contact and scripting strategies
- Knowledge of compliance and risk management aspects of commercial lending operation
- Strong business mind and experience managing to metrics
- A love of data and a desire to find new ways to incorporate it into an existing process
- Strong track record managing a collections or loan servicing team
In this role you will:
- Own the creation, establishment and success of the Virginia collection team
- Establish, administer, and maintain metrics to measure and track performance of the team
- Measure performance against standards and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure the effectiveness of existing processes, and design and implement new processes, policies, and procedures to enable greater efficiency in the performance of the group’s functions
- Drive innovation across the total delinquency cycle ranging from past due collection dialer calling, skip tracing, bankruptcy and litigation activity
- Track and report on bad debt write-offs. Analyze root causes to ensure appropriate action plans can be developed to improve the entire sales through cash process, to reduce bad debt.
