POSITION DETAILS

JOB PURPOSE

303 Software is looking for a passionate Junior Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our clients. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.  You will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for selling back into the existing clients as well as encouraging post-engagement maintenance and support contracts.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, exhibit grace under pressure and love conquering complex problems. This role provides the opportunity to work with an entrepreneurial team and benefit from the stability of our 10-year-old business.

JOB DUTIES

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors.

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of 303 Software solutions according to client needs and objectives.

  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly/annual initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Identify and grow opportunities within existing client segments and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.

  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

  • Attend regular project health check-in's to get a pulse on client satisfaction/health.

  • Ensure new and existing clients are aware of 303 Software maintenance and support options, and enable the sale and renewal of maintenance and support contracts.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years  of proven account management or other relevant experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on client needs.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.

  • Creative problem solver.

  • Willing to do whatever it takes to achieve reasonable customer objectives.

  • A passion for continuous improvement.

  • Ability to gracefully manage stressful situations.

  • Love of the Colorado Culture and dogs.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with experience with online CRM, time tracking and collaboration tools.

  • Basic understanding of web and mobile technologies.

  • Familiarity with Lean, Agile and waterfall development methodologies.
