Why You Matter
We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our sales team as a Inside Sales Representative. Your role will be to help identify, qualify and guide prospective customers through the sales process and close deals.
Inside Sales Representatives work closely with Sales Development Reps and Sales Engineers to turn qualified prospects into customers. Through your persistence, determination, and creativity, you will help accomplish Red Canary’s mission to make security better for businesses of all sizes.
REQUIREMENTS- 2+ years sales experience in Information Security
- 3+ years experience selling to IT Operations in mid-market and / or large enterprise companies
- Demonstrated success in the following sales skills:
- Prospecting for new business
- Penetrating accounts, and building long term relationships with key customers
- Qualifying and forecasting utilizing SFA and other sales tools
- Developing and executing both territory and account plans
- Creating presentations, demos, and proof of concept (POC’s) leveraging technical resources
- Developing ROI’s based on POC results and present to business buyers
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure success
- Strong written and verbal communication skills while selling to Director, VP and C-level roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage many opportunities simultaneously
- Collaborative, agile, competitive and coachable
- An understanding of and experience in startup-level hard work
- BA/BS degree from an accredited university
