Our Denver office has an immediate opening for a strategic Director of Revenue to build and lead a high-performance inside sales team and drive customer acquisition. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Communicate the vision, direction and strategy for sales team.
  • Devise and implement a strategic sales plan while holding staff accountable to meet and/or exceed revenue goals.
  • Provide sales staff with appropriate coaching, training and monitor performance to address gaps and challenges. Hire, onboard, and promote top-tier talent.
  • Identify and remove obstacles for top performance and advocate on behalf of the sales team to remove barriers to ensure achievement of company objectives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the online reputation management market, including prospects, customers and trends.
  • Work closely with Executive team by taking accountability for key sales metrics, measuring our sales process and establishing benchmarks for growth.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of three to five years’ related experience including sales management.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop rapport and trust.
  • Strategic thinker able to coach and develop team in effective sales strategies while continually planning and forecasting to hit key revenue targets.
  • Time management and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Passion for coaching and developing people.
  • Knowledge of all facets of digital sales and marketing. Online Reputation Management experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Public Relations or equivalent years of experience within field in lieu of a degree.
