Coordinator, Brand Safety and Inventory Operations

We are seeking an Brand Safety and Inventory Operations Coordinator to join our Brand Safety team here at our Headquarters in Westminster, CO. This role ecompasses supporting internal teams and external clients to ensure all platform customers abide by SpotX’s brand safety standards as well as industry standards. Key areas of focus include, but are not limited to contextual categorization, fraud avoidance, transparency and performance of impressions delivered on SpotX’s platform.
Making an immediate impact:
- Understand and work with all of SpotX’s systems
- Learn and be proficient with all things brand safety pertaining to SpotX’s platform
- Strong knowledge of SpotX brand safety processes
- Directly communicating with all SpotX’s clients
- Maintaining compliance with various programs within the adtech ecosystem
Needed SpotX’er talents:
- BA/BS from an accredited 4-year college
- At least 1 year experience in an adtech related role prefered
- Aptitude to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup in which cross-functional teamwork and initiative are crucial
- A high degree of professionalism internally and externally
- Ability to present complex concepts simply in writing
- Ability to present oneself professionally and with composure in verbal communications
- Ability to balance assertiveness with collaboration while working within and across teams
- Capable and skilled at identification and resolution of customer services inquiries in a responsive manner
- Proven organizational, time-management and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
