Position Description:

It is the Client Services Manager's responsibility to be the client-facing research expert on our strategic accounts, driving customer adoption and success by providing strategic guidance and engagement recommendations.  The end result is confidence in our research acumen, increased customer retention and expansion of GutCheck’s footprint at each important account.

Key to this role is being able to articulate the value of GutCheck’s research offering and inspire our customers to see what’s possible.  As a trusted advisor and coach, the Client Services Manager provides customers with a success blue print and expansion roadmap. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales on Strategic Accounts: lead research meetings, uncover learning plans and lead Client-team research trainings
  • Develop and implement on-boarding and client feedback processes and communication for strategic accounts to drive customer adoption
  • Develop SME of client's business initiatives, learning plans, and research processes
  • Position GC against initiatives to optimize customer sat, subscription drawdown, and increased usage
  • Structure / negotiate renewal agreement with existing account and parent account
  • Key Contact on Recurring (Mature) Accounts
  • Increase renewals on strategic accounts through fostering customer adoption and success
  • Establish benchmarks and determine and meet or exceed goals for subscription drawdown rates
  • Understand client research processes and stage-gates to advise on best-fit areas for GutCheck projects in the process
  • Update clients on account status and projects to date
  • Develop and implement a repeatable process for efficiently designing research studies for qualified clients
  • Client Voice to Product Development
  • Assess client requests for product enhancements based on the learning objectives they answer that are not currently feasible in the GutCheck platform
  • Set / manage customer expectations as it relates to methodology / capability and status of project portfolio

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience working directly with clients (external or internal) in consumer market research / consumer insights in the following industries: consumer packaged goods, health care, high tech, food and beverage or financial.
