Ad Operations Coordinator
Position Overview:
Choozle is looking for a unique person who loves all the nuts and bolts of Ad Tech and has a desire to share that knowledge with thousands of clients. This position will work with the Ad Operations team to help support Choozle clients as they leverage the Choozle platform and to build out new internal tools. This is an ideal role for someone who is analytical, detail oriented, loves troubleshooting, learning the newest trend in Ad Tech, and being a jack-of-all-trades.
Job Responsibilities:
· Work via the Choozle Support Center to troubleshoot and help clients with technical campaign questions and issues
· Support the Ad Ops and CX team in the execution of Choozle customer’s campaigns
· Become an expert in RTB buying strategies, optimization algorithms, and data visualization
· Become an expert in best practices for the Choozle Platform, to offer insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness through the platform’s functionality
· Manage internal and client facing reporting and responsibilities
· Understand and effectively communicate Choozle’s value proposition, technology, processes, and partnerships, as they relate to growth of current customer’s accounts
· Work with the team to design, build and implement automation of new and old processes
Required Skills:
· Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent real world experience)
· 1+ years of online ad tech experience
· Proficient knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, charts, and manipulation of data sets
· Self-starter who is detail oriented; must be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects
· Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
· Desire to learn the newest system and technology
· Strong written and communication skills
· HTML knowledge
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in working with ad exchanges, ad servers, and other optimization platforms
· Website development knowledge
· General Scripting Knowledge
· API Knowledge
· Database Management (SQL or Splunk) Knowledge
