Their clients love that they are always working to find more opportunities to drive up the usage of the app while driving down mobile, international, and conference calling expenses.  The AM also intimately understands the companies global communication strategies and needs. There is a constant focus on navigating the corporate landscape to maintain a pulse on all of their upcoming telecommunications, IT, and mobile vendor decisions, as well as gaining information to promote upselling and increased usage.

The culture of the MobileDay Account Management team is to be obsessively focused on understanding the metrics of success for a customer and providing unparalleled attention to detail in all client communications. We proactively provide customers ideas to improve employee adoption and retention rates, with a #1 priority placed on growing revenue through increased end user engagement and corporate upsells, along with the responsibility of annual renewals.

We are looking for influential team members passionate about account management:

  • Self starter that enjoys a growth driven, always changing, ever challenging, entrepreneurial atmosphere
  • Strong understanding of mobile technology and applications
  • Minimum of 5 years account management experience required with track record of annual account growth – preferably within the business services or telecommunications industry
  • Strategic thinker with proven consulting and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to sell into the C-Suite
  • A master at navigating internal communications and leveraging company resources
  • Self-motivated team player that can exceed goals and revenue expectations
  • Described by their friends as the person they would call in case of emergency and the first on the list to be invited to a party

Responsibilities Include:

  • Grow revenue through improving adoption and retention rates within each account
  • Cultivate relationships that are mutually beneficial for the client and MobileDay
  • Ownership of Renewals
  • Manage all customer communications and reporting on customer identified success metrics
  • Achieving individual quarterly and annual account growth goals
