This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, collaborative, and innovative leader to join the People team in our fast-growing organization. While reporting to our Chief People Officer, you will shape, implement, and lead some of the highest priority components of the company's people strategy: attract, hire, and develop top talent.
We are looking for a leader that can shape and own the end-to-end talent acquisition function to deliver on our key strategic goal of attracting and hiring best-in-class talent at all levels.
Responsibilities

  • Lead and empower the Talent Acquisition team promoting teamwork and excellence.
  • Develop an effective talent acquisition strategy incorporating multiple channels (external partnerships, referral programs, social media outreach, and other organization outreach) to attract and hire outstanding talent quickly and seamlessly.
  • Develop and implement innovative DEI sourcing and assessment processes to broaden the candidate pipeline, engaging a diverse mix of top talent while ensuring a consistently exceptional candidate experience.
  • Optimize company systems for streamlined reporting, using data-driven analysis to regularly update Key Performance Indicators, identify trends, and generate actionable insights and improvements for the business.
  • Design and execute a robust talent development program that harnesses internal and external resources to enhance skills, motivation and build on our culture of always learning.
  • Work closely with both leaders and team members to identify development needs and seek feedback to shape and refine future programs.
  • Collaborate with leadership and partner with marketing to help define, develop, and promote a strong authentic employer brand.


Requirements

  • 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with backgrounds in growing startups, tech, and software sectors.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in team leadership, embodying a player-coach mentality to strategically and actively nurture, coach, and improve team dynamics.
  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting and overseeing intricate processes, achieving successful outcomes through strategic leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships, influence outcomes, and gain respect as a trusted advisor.
  • Self-starter with a keen ability for strategic and critical thinking, questioning existing practices and enhancing efficiency and effectiveness with minimal direction.
