Ambitious stealth AI company with support of very significant military brass and expecting first customer in the next few weeks is seeking up to three Python developers to moonlight 10-20 hours a week for attractive equity compensation. No AI or ML experience required. Given our anticipated early traction, as well as likelihood of non-dilutive government funding, we are foregoing raising traditional VC money at this time to minimize dilution. Translation: we have something very exciting, people want to throw money at us, and we’re being really smart about that.

Our main hire at this point is for building out core tech that we have clearly documented. We have two other positions open to discuss under NDA.

We expect you to be easy to work with, enthusiastic, skilled, practical, results-driven, and use AI extensively to boost your productivity. We have a management of philosophy of keeping negative stress to an absolute minimum so we can focus on our passion. It’s important you easily organize around supporting our founder.

Compensation will be an attractive hourly rate, paid through a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE). We are confident about being able to bring a product to market without raising a round, and having an equity-only Python developer on staff will speed up our process.

Founder has PhD from one of the top AI research institutions with extensive results-driven work in applied AI in a broad range of fields. Founder has briefed West Point on cybersecurity and has been in deep conversations with US Space Command and Army Cyber Institute for nearly a year.

Co-Founder has spearheaded over $2 billion of investments, has been on board of a nine-digit e-commerce company, co-founded a successful DTC business, has invested in and mentored a half-dozen startups, and is an experienced fundraiser.
