Our Retail Wireless team, serving our Boost Infinite, Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile Brands, is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms, new business models and new ways of thinking. Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Retail Wireless organization is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Staff Program Manager to join our dynamic Retail Wireless Operations team. They will be working in a collaborative, fast-paced and ever-evolving environment spanning the Boost pre and post-paid brands and broader DISH organizations. Your ability to effectively manage projects from inception to completion, while ensuring timelines and requirements are met, will be essential to the organization's overall strategy. You are a strong communicator who operates with an owner's mindset and has the passion and enthusiasm to rally a team around you.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead interactions between requesters, key stakeholders and digital domain teams
  • Coordinate with the cross-functional team to clearly define the desired product/project requirements, ensuring scope alignment and technical understanding of the business' goals
  • Effectively and consistently communicate to stakeholders, including executive leadership, in a clear and concise manner
  • Be a liaison between IT and the business, driving feature delivery related to the Boost portfolio of products and services, including digital domains, to develop and implement solutions that enhance business performance
  • Manage and track planning, design, approval, and production processes for your projects
  • Build timelines and proactively manage expectations when changes occur along the way
  • Help teams collaborate to work toward a shared goal
  • Act as a mediator for your team, resolving issues and conflicts, and initiating tough conversations with kindness and respect


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS in a technical or business discipline; Masters degree and relevant certifications desired
  • 8+ years of program management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Go to Market, release management and operational support
  • Experience working in the Wireless industry


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and leaders, and manage conflict
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish
  • Experience creating business requirements for large-scale company initiatives, building out timelines and addressing potential blockers early on
  • Strong experience in collaborating across the Enterprise and managing expectations of cross-functional team members
  • Experienced in capturing, documenting, and managing cross-functional team impacts
  • Self-motivated with strong, analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with problem-solving frameworks preferred
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with an inherent ability to adapt to changing environments and processes
  • Proficiency using Google Suite, Rally, Atlassian, and other PM tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using Hive is a huge plus
  • Ability to navigate uncharted waters and keep the ship moving forward
  • Advocate for process improvement enterprise-wide


Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
