The Opportunity: Sr Manager of Digital Demand Generation

iN2L is looking for an experienced B2B Demand Generation leader with a passion for delivering high-performing marketing campaigns that contribute directly to sales pipeline. Reporting directly to the CMO, the Demand Generation lead will own website conversion strategy and performance, inbound campaign design and execution, SEO, SEM, paid advertising and social programs, measurement and optimization, This role is critical to driving high-converting pipeline for our US sales team—managing high-performing digital channels, guiding website optimization, selecting paid campaigns, and driving demand.

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketer who uses both data-driven and creative problem solving to build strategies that drive demand and revenue. We need someone well-versed in the strategy, scalable concepts and technology supporting inbound marketing. We want an experienced go-getter inbound marketing expert with a proven track record in using the martech-stack to drive engagement, qualified leads, and conversions. We expect a strategic thinker who works independently and collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teammates to help our company achieve revenue goals.

Essential Functions

Strategy

  • Work with Marketing and Sales leadership to develop a holistic campaign strategy that leverages cross-channel tactics and identifies targeted segments for personalized acquisition,  nurturing and engagement -  accelerate cycle times and improve conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Own the strategic campaign roadmap and calendar that addresses each stage of the buyers journey foriN2L’s products in collaboration with key stakeholders across sales, digital, demand gen, customer success, content, and creative teams.
  • Develop data-driven paid media, social advertising and 3rd-party media strategies that reach our target audiences with compelling messages, content and offers that drive conversion and engagement. 
  • Coordinate and collaborate on content, creative, and program development across the customer journey ensuring that all messaging and graphic elements remain relevant across various channels. 

Execution

  • Create, guide, and manage precise delivery of inbound campaigns across digital channels and stakeholders including webinars, email, nurture, digital advertising, direct mail, and more.
  • Lead the creation of targeted email nurturing programs for iN2L’s buyer audiences from segmenting our house list to authoring compelling email copy with relevant calls-to-action to analyzing and optimizing for performance.
  • Design, build and maintain our digital presence across web and social media platforms using the right channels to educate and convert target buyer personas.
  • Align closely with our Sales organization to enable them around ongoing campaigns, design follow-up plans and tools, and communicate campaign results and feedback.
  • Analyze campaign results in detail, draw insights and make data-driven adjustments to optimize for account engagement, pipeline creation, pipeline influence, and ROI.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Oversee extended team and agency partners to ensure maximum output, efficient budget spend, and delivery of optimized paid media campaigns
  • Work across our web, creative and content  to run A/B tests and hypothesis-driven campaigns to optimize user experience and campaign performance.
  • Align with customer success teams to strategize new ways of leveraging existing partners and technology relationships in our campaigns.
  • Work cross-functionally with the product and marketing teams to ensure consistent cross-channel messaging, look and feel, and experience. 

 

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution, and measurement, and reporting - show us your campaign templates!
  • Proven hands-on experience with paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels, including PPC, display, and paid social.
  • Ability to craft compelling copy and CTA’s via exceptional writing skills - adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business and create content based on the channel and audience.
  • Expert-level proficiency in using marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and nurture them to conversion using dynamic workflows.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and quickly builds, deploys, and optimizes marketing initiatives while also ensuring quality.
  • Metrics-driven, enthusiastic self-starter with strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Prefers working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity.
  • Creative problem-solver with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEMrush (or similar SEO tool).
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush (or comparable SEO tool).

**Bonus: HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience:

  • Required education: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, technology, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 7 years of direct, hands-on experience in digital B2B, or B2B2C marketing.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced technology company, a senior living community environment, or in the broader senior living/aging industry is a plus.
