Summary of Role:

We are seeking a Senior E-commerce SEM Specialist to enhance our SEM team’s capabilities in managing and optimizing e-commerce and shopping campaigns. This role involves meticulous management of product feeds across various platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising to ensure maximum visibility and efficiency in achieving the client's Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).


  • Build, manage, and optimize shopping feeds for Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Oversee a portfolio of e-commerce accounts, developing and executing complex ad campaigns.
  • Present campaign strategies and performance results to clients regularly.
  • Optimize campaign performance across different platforms using various analytical tools.
  • Mentor team members and foster a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date product data across all client feeds in their Google Merchant Centers.
  • Analyze search query data and KPIs to make impactful adjustments to data feeds.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to disapproved ads or declining ad performance.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks and audits of client e-commerce advertising channels.
  • Test various feed elements and compile performance reports to guide campaign

Remote applicants welcome! This role has the flexibility to be either fully remote or hybrid (Denver, CO).

Compensation for this role is a combination of salary and bonuses, targeting a total annual compensation range of $87,000-$105,000. The base salary range is $60,000-$70,000 annually, depending on experience. The bonus structure will be tied to campaign volume and successful execution and management.

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in managing e-commerce or shopping campaigns.
  • Proficiency in creating, managing, and optimizing product feeds for Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising. Experience with Walmart Ads, Amazon Ads, and/or other shopping platforms is a plus. 
  • Strong experience with Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio for report creation, and Google Analytics.
  • Managed paid advertising accounts with a monthly spend of over $1,000.
  • Familiarity with DataFeedWatch or Feedonomics for creating shopping feeds, and setting up Google Merchant Center.
  • Experience with platforms like Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Capacity to manage multiple campaigns and communicate with various stakeholders effectively.
