Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Senior Manager of Payer, Provider and Employer Marketing will collaborate with health plan partners to build integrated, scalable marketing strategies that drive successful partner outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong marketing background, a deep understanding of value-based care models, experience with client relationship management and a gift for project management.
As Senior Manager of Payer, Provider Employer Marketing, you will:

  • Develop national integrated marketing strategies for our largest payer partners to meet shared goals; measure impact and build a replicable partner playbook that we can scale
  • Work with executive operations, development, strategy and growth teams to bake our marketing approach into sales pitch for new hospital system and payer partners
  • Work with the payor strategy/success team and marketing team to streamline partner onboarding and develop processes for account management, tracking and reporting
  • Facilitate marketing discovery sessions with partner and leadership teams to understand goals and target audience
  • Foster and maintain relationships with partner marketing contacts and provide ongoing marketing support
  • Identify marketing/communications opportunities to drive payer, employer, member and provider awareness and engagement
  • Work with creative team to develop campaign creative and messaging
  • Analyze campaign performance at the market, client, regional and national level
  • Build an online partner marketing portal or resource hub that enables partners to access and customize collateral and resources for their audiences
  • Develop and rollout a yearly open enrollment marketing campaign for employers/brokers/sales teams
  • Work with partners and creative team on co-brand requests, ensuring partner materials meet our co-brand guidelines to maintain brand integrity
  • Work with marketing/content/PR team to position DispatchHealth as a thought leader in the payer and provider space

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 5-7 years marketing experience
  • 2-5 years client relationship management experience
  • Experience within a healthcare services environment, including but not limited to payors, providers, healthcare consulting, or health policy
  • Expertise in digital and traditional marketing, performance analysis, business development, budget management, lead generation, branding and account-based marketing
  • Strong business judgment: ability to quickly understand business drivers for DispatchHealth partners and effectively communicate DispatchHealth’s value proposition
  • Outstanding planning and organization skills, with demonstrated experience managing complex projects
  • Creative skillset; attention to detail and experience in working with design teams
  • Data analytics and reporting experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong presentation skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects against a timeline
  • Must exhibit peer leadership skills and ability to perform in fast-paced environments
  • Self-directed, entrepreneurial and eager to take ownership
