The Role:
As a member of the PopSockets sales team, the Wholesale Account Coordinator will work cross-functionally to support all stages of the sales cycle for assigned national accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Order entry (both domestic and international orders)
- Order tracking, from receipt to shipment
- Compile detailed account recaps
- Project management
- Develop and maintain cross-functional action items
- Prepare presentation materials
- Compile required consumer product testing disclosures as directed
- Provide support on special requests and ad-hoc projects as necessary
Requirements:
- College degree (Bachelor's degree-preferably business related) or equivalent with 1-3 years of sales operations, consumer product or retail operations.
- Strong MS Office, G-Suite, and ERP skills.
- Possess problem solving, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
- Must be a self-starter that shows ownership and commitment to the job.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of information, exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information.
- Roll up the sleeves, action-oriented mindset to have an impact in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing growth environment.
- Sense of humor, personal integrity, and appreciation for the power of teamwork.
- Ability to travel domestically (10%).
