VP of Sales (Outbound)
The Opportunity
We are looking for a strong sales leader for our outbound sales, based in EMEA or the US. You will run a team of 25+ prospectors spread across the world.
Responsibilities
As our VP Sales, Outbound you will:
- Scale outbound sales, bringing best practices to our prospecting efforts, helping Stream grow to new heights
- Mentor the team and optimize the processes
- Build our sales scripting and messaging
- Provide input on our lead acquisition, lead segmentation, and lead routing process
- Partner with the Inbound Sales team and Customer Success team to share best practices and discover how best the teams can partner together to ensure a seamless prospective customer experience
- Bring energy and expertise to the team
- Manage a team of 25+ members worldwide, from Directors to SDRs
- Bring senior sales leadership to our outbound team
Who You Are
- You’ve built sales teams and shown consistent success throughout your career
- You have extensive experience building, scaling and succeeding with outbound sales teams and know how to step in and direct the team to success
- You’ve had sales meetings with fortune 500 companies, and know how to execute enterprise sales
- You know the tools (SFDC, Outreach or similar, LinkedIn, Zoominfo, Leadfeeder or similar), the techniques and the processes to succeed
- Strong knowledge of the communication ecosystem. You might have worked in the industry or have a passion for learning.
- 15+ years of industry experience - preferably in the communications or SaaS space.
- A passion for collaborating with colleagues and love to be part of a team.
- A strong self starter mentality, with experience building programs from the ground up.

Salary (for Colorado only): Our salary ranges are based on national averages. We have wide ranges so we can be flexible and determine compensation based on a number of factors including the candidate's skills, level of experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $160,000-190,000.
