VP of Inside Sales
Position Overview:
Brandzooka is seeking a talented and passionate VP of Inside Sales for our growing Boulder office. The role is a key member of both the sales leadership and company leadership teams, and will be responsible for overseeing a team of up to 35 sales team members. This is a great role for someone who has a customer-advocacy mindset, an exceptional ability to lead and inspire high performing sales teams and a strong commitment to employee/team success.
You will manage the sales administration process, work with other leaders in the organization to set company and sales department goals, and monitor sales metrics throughout the sales process. You should have experience building, leading, managing, and motivating sales teams to meet goals.
The goal of the sales team is to leverage best practices in sales, marketing, and technology to drive long-term revenue streams with small businesses and enterprises by providing the most powerful self-service video advertising platform available on the market today. Our sales team is responsible for identifying and nurturing advertisers into long-term, high-value relationships.
Responsibilities:
Help build and manage the company’s growing inside sales team
Set and track sales targets
Suggest and implement improvements within sales processes
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Liaise with other departments to build processes to meet company goals
Build a positive, communicative environment for your team
Utilize customer feedback to generate and implement new processes
Be responsible for leading the team and developing leaders on the team
Help develop sales training initiatives
Coordinate sales forecasting, performance management and budgeting for your team.
Actively monitor production and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency.
Requirements:
5+ years experience as an inside sales manager
Experience building and managing an inside sales team
In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
Excellent team management and and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
Problem-solving attitude
Adept at working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce)
