The Position 

SurveyGizmo is growing quickly and is seeking the next level of sales leadership to continue and accelerate our growth. The company faces many of the scale challenges consistent with companies at this size. This role will provide the right person with the opportunity to lead the company’s growth strategy and execution, define the go-to-market approach, establish the sales engine and lead the sales organization in the execution of that strategy. Based in Boulder, CO, and reporting to the CEO, the SVP of Sales will lead all revenue growth objectives for the company.

Specific Responsibilities

• Multi-Year Sales Strategy: Lead the organization by defining the channels and customer segments to achieve our growth   objectives. Align sales resources to these channels.

• Manage Account Coverage Model: Understand the existing account base and work with the CEO and CMO to cover our   current account base.

• Drive Metrics-Driven Sales Approach: Build the sales methodology and reporting that allows SurveyGizmo to predict  and manage bookings and broader performance. Manage the sales team to a clear sales process.

• Account Management: Lead the account management team to serve and grow current customers.

• New Business: Build a new business engine and accelerate the bookings beyond our current, extensive customer base. Partner with CMO on lead generation programs.

• International Sales: Build a model for accelerating our broad international customer base.

• Partnership Model: Work with the Director of Partnerships to establish a strategy for partnerships and build a business development team to create, sustain and grow these relationships.

• Self-Service Sales: Work with the CMO to define our approach for selfservice sales – retention and growth.

• Sales Operations: Establish and lead a sales operations function that supports SurveyGizmo with pipeline management and forecasting, sales systems, commissions, proposals and RFPs, etc.

The Person

Qualifications & Experience

• A systems builder who knows how to build a scalable revenue engine

• 10+ years of sales leadership experience in a growth environment

• Management of sales teams over 25 people • Sales experience within a SaaS software company is a plus

• Background with both Fortune1000 enterprise companies and small consumer / SMB buyers

• Superior written and verbal communication skills

• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
