Solutions Consultant

About the Role:
At HRSoft, our Solutions Consultants work with prospective customers to solve some of their most difficult challenges in the HR space by demonstrating our low-code platform and easy-to-use solutions that simplify and automate the entire compensation, rewards and performance management process.
In this role, you will:
- Work with the sales team to go through the Discovery process with prospects to identify qualified deals
- Have a deep understanding of the solution that can be positioned to increase sales and connect with existing clients
- Be able to present the solution in a meaningful and concise way to the prospect working with the sales rep to address all pain points
- Travel for in-person demonstrations will be required as well as virtual demonstrations
- Take charge on all RFP/RFI’s and related documentation to present the business in a constructive position
- Complete thorough project scoping for prospects, including drafting an SOW for review by the implementation team
- Liaise with product management, and product marketing for planning, continuous improvement and learning
- Contribute knowledge on market trends, client trends and risk management topics
- Run demonstrations and assist in the training of new employees
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of B2B SaaS experience in Solutions Consultant, Ops, Implementation, and Sales
- Bachelor’s degree required
- HCM Experience Preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Impeccable interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Action-oriented and self-starter

Location
HRSoft’s offices are in a Hybrid environment with offices located in Maitland, FL and Denver, CO. For this role, we are seeking candidates in the Denver Metro area who will join us in the office ~4 days each week.
Earnings:
Base + Commissions with total earnings ranging from $80k-$130k based on experience
