About You
Quantum Metric is seeking a persistent, passionate and detail-oriented Solutions Consultant to help scale our fast-growing partnerships organization. The right person is excited about the Digital/CX space and wants to gain experience using and evangelizing cutting edge technologies. The Role
As a Solutions Consultant at Quantum Metric, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to the partner organization. Working directly with technical and channel partners, you will be the subject matter expert on customer experience management and Quantum Metric. You will be responsible for delivering product demonstrations that directly address partner synergies and joint value propositions while emphasizing Quantum Metric’s industry leading CXM solutions. You will help envision joint solutions with technology partners and coordinate between technical teams to turn those visions into reality.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in the technology industry (B2B SaaS is a plus)
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Comfortable working across the many stakeholders of the partner organization - sales, CS, marketing, etc.
- High-level technical understanding of foundational web concepts (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
- Previous experience in the digital technologies is a plus (Web Analytics, A/B/n testing, Tag Management, Voice of Customer etc)
What you will do
- Product expert and evangelist for the partnerships organization - meeting with partner stakeholders and explaining our technical fit and positioning
- Run product demonstrations tailored to the specific value proposition of the partner (either by identifying relevant integration points or understanding their business priorities enough to put our value proposition in their business context)
- Coordinate partner integration projects, acting as the key point of contact between our product team and partnersLead partner enablement efforts, working closely with Sales and CS enablement leads to drive content creation and federation needed to enable partners to use and sell our product and value
- Produce relevant artifacts such as partner one-pagers and integration documentation - leaning on subject matter experts for the bulk of the content
- As a start-up, when something needs done, you just do it. Help is always available, but you'll wear many hats
