The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business as well as expanding business with our growing base of construction customer.  He/She will be quick to understand the Sensera Systems product offerings and how those offerings enable more efficient project execution, manage project risk and help our construction customers win more business.  He/She will have a proven track record of landing new accounts and successfully expanding the opportunity within those accounts.  This position requires strong qualification, discovery and closing skills to effectively drive a high volume of monthly sales.  He/She will have strong business acumen and the ability to sell to all levels within an account.  While some leads will be provided the ideal candidate will be a self-starter and know what it takes to own their territory

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for selling our job site management solutions into the construction market
  • Respond to inbound opportunities as well as generate new opportunities
  • Expand our sales with existing customers
  • Drive a large number of deals to close every month
  • Represent Sensera at construction industry trade-shows and events

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/ BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Dynamic, high energy sales professional with 5+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Track record of overachievement
  • Experience selling technology solutions to small, medium and large companies
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Challenger sales mentality
  • Disciplined CRM (Sugar, SFDC) user
  • Proficient with office productivity tools

REPORTING:

This position reports to the Vice President of Sales

POSITION TYPE / HOURS OF WORK:

Full-time, permanent, 40 hours/week.

TRAVEL:

< 10% travel: Infrequent travel to tradeshows, key customer visits
