Role

GigSmart is seeking a positive and driven individual who will drive outbound sales in a call center environment. Our Senior Inside Sales Representative is a key member of the team responsible for educating our customers about the GigSmart apps, explaining the company’s value proposition, prospecting for new customers and managing an outbound sales cycle. In this role the Senior Inside Sales Rep. will deliver immediate value to the business and will help GigSmart achieve its ambitious growth objectives.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully post and fill gigs on our Get Workers platform
  • Conduct outbound intro calls with new business prospects where you will present GigSmart’s value proposition and answer any questions or concerns
  • Use inbound leads and your own outbound prospecting to build a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects for the GigSmart apps
  • Build relationships with workers on the platform to assist with gig completion
  • Drive increased engagement of the platforms through effective questions, conversations and ongoing relationship management
  • Verify the accuracy and validity of customer service concerns / requests
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain prospect information and keep comprehensive and up-to-date client information daily in our CRM system
  • Participate in and conduct meetings and ongoing training sessions
  • Give excellent customer service to each contact

Skills and Competencies:

  • 10+ years of outgoing call center experience with top 10% documented performance
  • Proven history of generating new business through prospecting efforts
  • Documented success in growing existing business relationships through account management efforts
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
  • Thrive in a high-energy, fast paced setting; highly competitive
