 A top-rated Google Marketing Platform Partner, DELVE is a strategic partner for site-side analytics, campaign management, and advanced marketing science. DELVE has been growing rapidly over the past several years, and we are looking for an aggressive, pro-active and motivated Sales Leader to help us take our growth curve to the next level. Agile Partnering is helping find the right candidates for this role. 

This position is responsible for building and leading Sales at DELVE.

-        At first, you will be owning the US-based Google Marketing Platform, and Google Cloud Platform sales efforts.

-        Then, you will start to manage our EMEA (and soon APAC) sales teams and efforts.

 

Who are you?

You have likely been in an AdTech and Consultative “Sales Executive” role for a number of years. And, you may have had Sales Leadership experience. You are now ready to:

-        Team - manage a Sales team, with roles that include managing partnerships with Google and 3rd party vendors, working with Marketing to develop relevant through-leadership, or managing outbound sales efforts

-        Subject matter depth - be involved in business development efforts across the full Google stack of products, including Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud Platform (C4M or Cloud for Marketing)

-        Geographic coverage - grow into a role that manages North American, EMEA, and APAC business development effort, with a global team reporting to you

You are able to develop a go-to-market strategy for both Google Marketing Platform and Google Cloud Platform, and thus measure, manage and accomplish our growth goals.

 

Examples of your initial responsibilities:

-        Brand outreach: develop and execute a plan, to engage in conversation with target Brands

-        Google relationships: partner with our Consulting unit, to establish relationships within the Google organization, to increase awareness of DELVE’s capabilities

-        Agency relationships: develop and execute a plan, for DELVE to resell Google’s platforms (Google Analytics 360, Display Video 360 and Google Cloud Platform), to small/medium agencies that aren’t big enough to have direct Google access

-        Results: define, own and accomplish sales targets

-        Collaboration: closely collaborate with Marketing, Consulting and Delivery departments

-        Systems: maintain an elegant and clean CRM system, for enable and maintain tracking, reporting and forecasting

-        Team: manage and grow a team of Account Executive and Business Development Reps

-        Finally, Learning Culture: promote a ‘growth mindset’ at DELVE including developing and maintaining systems and practices for individual learning as well as for team learning.

 

Who we are looking for:

-        5+ years of progressive and successful Account Executive Experience within AdTech and/or Cloud platform sales

-        Consultative Sales experience is necessary

-        AdTech experience is strongly preferred

-        A hungry, driven sales executive who is ready to be an individual contributor now and soon grow into a sales leader

 

Also:

-        Must be humble yet confident

-        Self-directed with prior experience at a rapidly growing company

-        Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, and ability to work seamlessly with people in the US and Europe

-        Excellent organization skills including process creation, and project management
