We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Trainer to design and deliver training for our various sales teams. At the end of the day, we need an individual with excellent B2B sales acumen to help us up-level talent. The Sales Trainer will report directly to the SVP of Talent & Culture, with a dotted line to the SVP of Sales, and will work out of our downtown Denver corporate headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement

  • Hold weekly training sessions and coordinate the sharing of best practices across the Sales Organization
  • Coordinate individual and team coaching sessions to discuss strengths and areas of improvement
  • Monitor sales objectives and results, using both qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Report on the impact of training programs in terms of sales achieved and other KPIs
  • Liaise with external trainers and industry professionals to identify and implement best practices
  • Help coordinate regular sales training events, including the annual Sales Kick-Off

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a history of achieving and exceeding quota
  • Experience in sales leadership, sales training, or experience coaching or teaching other sales skills
  • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and results measurement
  • Demonstrated ability to bring a business idea forward and see it through to implementation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, editing, and writing skills with particular attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong program management or project management skills
  • Preference will be given to candidates with SaaS sales experience
