About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join us on our journey to facilitate a digital revolution in the B2B supply chain. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for booking flights, travel accommodations, and assisting with general offer duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and manage a contact information directory of potential customers
- Create the individual infographics (graphs, charts, diagrams, etc.) as necessary
- Create an email send-schedule that can be repeated for initial email messages & follow-up emails to potential customers
- Maintain detailed records for each customer contact as email messages are sent (bounce backs, blocked, made contact with, etc) to avoid sending multiple emails that could result in customers blocking Vorto from the customers' servers
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Detail Oriented
- High proficiency with Excel spreadsheets
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Proven critical thinking, decision making, and time management skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Motivated to tackle challenges
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all projects and an ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary
Compensation: $45-55K
