The core mission of the Sales Operations Specialist is to actively drive and manage the day to day operations to keep the business running (KTBR activities); working in conjunction with the sales team as well as our cross departmental partners.
More specifically, the Sales Operations Associate will:
- Serve as liaison between the sales team and various cross-departmental functions such as Operations, Finance, IT to validate information and maintain the data integrity of Salesforce.com (SFDC)
- Manage and drive processes such as converting leads, creating accounts, and maintaining data integrity on new and existing accounts.
- Manage case as originated through the dedicated email channel against department SLAs.
- Lead and facilitate weekly company wide meetings for deal evaluation (Deal Desk) and sales enrichment (Sales Huddle).
- Administer tools such as SFDC and CPQ (Configure Price Quote) software.
- Work with Sales Operations Director on various projects for continuous improvement of the business.
- Work side by side with the Sales Operations Director for Territory Alignment management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience providing support to a business process that required data tracking, analytical and presentation skills
- Proven oral, written and presentation skills
- Proven ability to collaborate across a variety of disciplines
