Job Description
The Sales Operations Reporting Analyst role is responsible for the development and improvement of business intelligence reports and analytical support to help drive the management of Conga’s Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams as well as deliver key insights on trends and data relationships to assist with business planning and decision support.
The role requires you to assess and learn quickly, pick up new concepts, and develop data models and analytics per business needs while adapting to rapid changes in Conga’s go-to-market approach and maintaining a positive attitude and upbeat outlook in a rapidly changing environment. Strong analytical and data management experience, and being proactively driven with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment are key success drivers for the Sales Operations Reporting Analyst.
This position will additionally partner with the Enterprise Cloud Solutions, Finance, Product, and other cross-functional teams to understand key data structures and relationships, work with them to identify the best ways to identify and analyze summary and detail data, and develop analytical models and reports/dashboards to measure the business.
Responsibilities:
Provide reporting and analytics support to a 100+ person Sales and Customer Success team
Highly organized team player who is passionate about partnering with our sales leaders to analyze data relationships, identify trends, and uncover both predictive and prescriptive findings
Assist with yearly and periodic sales planning activities, including collecting and cleansing/enriching account and prospect data, identifying account potential across segments and territories, and developing a planning model to assist with territory mapping and capacity planning
Develop scheduled and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to assist with management of the Sales and Customer Success teams, as well as corporate operational reviews of segment performance
Maintain data integrity and currency of Conga’s inventory of standard dashboards and reports
Partner with other cross-functional groups such as Salesforce administrators, Product, Marketing, and Finance to ensure the integrity of data across platforms and functions
Provide technical support to assist with automation of data-driven processes such as internal and external commissions, approvals, and bookings
Assist operations leadership with process definitions, process documentation, execution & operational issue analysis
Monitor Salesforce data quality and run cleanup projects as necessary to ensure data integrity

Qualifications
5+ year of experience working directly with Sales, Sales Operations, or Field Sales Leaders
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Prior experience with business and data analysis
Experience with Salesforce/ related CRM platform
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Tableau, or related Business Intelligence (BI) software tools
Advanced knowledge of sales processes
Experience with Salesforce reporting skills
Experience with sales planning activities, including target account market analysis, territory analysis, capacity planning, and quota allocation
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
