We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Manager at SurveyGizmo. This is a newly created role where you’ll use your sales, marketing and product skills to help make an impact as part of our sales team. This role reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing Operations and is located in the Boulder, CO office. 

How you’ll spend your days:

Process Creation & Management

  • Collaborate with Marketing and SDR team to refine lead flow process.
  • Build and manage internal RFP process including internal information gathering, RFP database and response.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, develop solutions and implement sales processes designed to improve efficiency, increase opportunity conversion and shorten sales cycle.

Data & Analysis

  • Evaluate business processes and performance using data to help drive efficiencies.
  • Identify areas for data improvement through attention to detail and deep understanding of business systems and the flow of data between the systems.
  • Work closely with individual sales team members and managers to establish consistent metrics and forecasting strategies.

Training & Documentation

  • Work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing and Product to develop and maintain a “Sales Playbook” by role across SG Customer-facing sales teams.
  • Document sales processes and strategies and provide training to the sales team.
  • Standardize sales onboarding training and certification process.
  • Build ongoing curriculum designed to develop and certify existing and new team members.

Other

  • Management of Sales enablement tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, etc.)
  • Work with sales leadership to track content utilization, certification completion and other key metrics within the sales organization

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 4-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding and experience with Salesforce, HubSpot and Excel
  • Knowledge of sales processes and training best practices
  • Problem solver who is comfortable with data and sales systems
  • Strong working knowledge of sales methodologies and systems such as Sandler, SPIN, LAMP, Challenger, Miller-Heiman etc etc. required
