Neat Capital is looking for a sales operations coordinator who wants to work for a growing and ambitious company. This position requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to respond to any inquiries via telephone or computer in a quick and effective manner. This position provides fantastic exposure to the entire sales process, and it is well suited for anyone with sales, customer service, marketing, and communications background. Experience with HubSpot is highly valued.
What you’ll do day-to-day:
- Assist sales team by developing client outreach communications (email templates, text templates, etc.)
- Assist with CRM (HubSpot) questions so that our sales team can effectively use the system to communicate or outreach to clients
- Ensure the sales team has everything needed to self-source leads (business cards, flyers, giveaways, etc.)
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform sales team of unforeseen delays or problems related to their requests
- Identify shortcomings and propose improvements in sales support
- Preparing and editing sales correspondence – phone, text and email
- Collaborate with marketing for the development of additional sales collateral
- Run weekly meetings with sales team to make sure all needs are met
- Take meeting notes and delegate to get things done
- Update the team on a regular basis and keep communication flowing
Skills that you must possess:
- College degree and have experience related to the position
- Be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner
- Have fantastic computer, customer service, communication, administrative and organizational skills
- Experience with a Customer Relationship Management system (ideally, HubSpot)
- Be ambitious and an advocate for change to improve sales support process
