We are seeking a motivated and passionate Sales Operations Coordinator to support our Senior Sales Executives in sales ops, prospecting, lead development and lead management. Your Daily Workout

• Support lead management and workflow
• Support Sales Operations in daily admin support (quotes, SalesForce record updates, database updates)
• Support event coordination between sales ops, marketing, sales execs, etc.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales ops to develop and implement sales & marketing campaigns
• Support current customer account management from sales side, support expansion opportunities
• Qualify inbound leads and pass qualified leads to appropriate Sales Exec
• Maintain up to date presentation materials, decks, collateral and files
• Build and maintain prospect database and files
• Manage event timeline and event management

Your Fitness Level

• You are a high-energy, motivated self-starter
• Good at building processes, timelines and workflows
• Enjoy fast-paced environment
• Have strong computer skills (Excel, Salesforce, PPT, marketing automation)
• Have some experience in sales and eagerness to learn more
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly organized and flexible learner
• You have experience with lead generation activities: email campaigns, research and list-building, etc.
• You have excellent organization and time management skills and have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• You are able to work independently and take ownership of assignments and projects, but also understand the value of team collaboration
• You possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or have equivalent experience
• You have 2-3 years of previous business development experience
