Sales Enablement & Productivity Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE:

Do you have passion for ensuring that people have the right skills to excel in their job and the support they need to reach their career potential?
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with Sales Leadership to vet and drive the sales engagement strategy for our entire sales organization.
- Partnering with Commercial, Enterprise, lead generation, sales management, and top performing Account Executives to uncover business needs, design solutions to address these needs, launch, and measure.
- Partnering with key sales cross-functional partners (marketing, operations, product, analytics) and external vendors to execute against Commercial and Enterprise sales priorities and plans.
- Onboarding new hires with the necessary skills to allow them to exceed in their role
- Designing and develop sales enablement solutions across a variety of mediums (e.g., in-person, virtual, eLearning, videos, on-the-job support, management reinforcement & coaching tools) to improve upon the way we sell into lead generation, Commercial and Enterprise sales markets.
- Proactively manage the full development life-cycle from inception to delivery
- Establishing & creating assessment and evaluation strategies to measure the efficacy and ROI of training initiatives
- Measuring the impact of Sales Enablement solutions and pivot (or continue) based on results
- Reporting to the VP of Sales
- Traveling (~20%)
We’re excited about you because you have:
- 1-2 years of experience driving sales training and broader sales enablement programs
- 3-5 years of enterprise sales experience
- High proficiency in building strong, lasting relationships with senior level sales managers
- The ability to execute, establish priorities and meet swift deadlines in a fast pace, in a rapidly changing environment
- Strategically think with the ability to execute
- A passion for developing others
- Successfully manage cross-functional teams and partnering with external vendors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and you are self-directed
