Sales Development Representative
Assignar is an operations software platform built for construction contractors. We’re a mission critical business platform for our customers. They have large mobile workforces and heavy equipment, along with complex back office processes required to run their businesses. With Assignar, they’re able to manage their operations simply as well as gain insights and visibility into their business.
We are headquartered in Denver CO, as well as having offices in Sydney, Australia and Prague, Czech Republic. We are a team of 30 and are venture backed by some of the most well respected investors in the US and Australia.
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Development Representative will have responsibility for initiatives that increase sales effectiveness and efficiency. We are looking for individuals that are passionate about the software industry, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Sales Development Representatives work collaboratively with the Account Executives to sign new contractors to the Assignar Network.
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities
-Generate sales leads.
-Assist with sales prospecting both on the phone and in-person to schedule appointments for AE’s.
-Respond to lead generation programs as they are developed by the Assignar Marketing team.
-Provide general sales support to the North American sales team.
-Ensure lead handoffs to Account Executives are successful, and exceed customer's satisfaction.
-Accurate reporting of all activity in HubSpot and monthly/quarterly preparation of reports.
-Maintain a high level of company knowledge and insight into construction industry trends.
-Some travel may be required for market research and sales initiatives.
