Are you incredible at reaching into companies to find decision makers? Do you deliver incredible product pitches? Do you have the rare ability to truly listen and hear what a prospect is telling you about their needs? Are you committed to, no matter, what will not finish the day until your lead gen and nurturing activities (strategic calling and emails) are complete? Lastly, are you coachable and able to synthesize direct feedback in real-time? If so, this is a great role for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach decision makers at target companies.
  • Qualify and nurture new leads into revenue through well planned and executed efforts.
  • Schedule and perform product demos for prospects and customers alike.
  • Prioritize competing day-to-day activities to ensure that all sales quota and management objectives are met.
  • Manage and track leads via CRM while maintaining accurate and up to date records.
  • Become an expert in product usage, knowing the Recurly product from top to bottom.

Requirements:

  • You are tenacious and relentless in pursuit of meeting or exceeding your sales plan.
  • You are a fantastic writer, listener, and a confident speaker.
  • You have the ability to distill the essence of our solutions in easy-to-understand terms and communicate to different audiences.
  • You are a good person; you are a proud example of integrity, teamwork, and positive attitude in good times and bad.
  • You have a strong desire to never stop learning or growing professionally
  • You are a coachable individual who seeks out feedback in order to learn and perform better
  • You are a collaborative team player. Most of your learning will be from your team. We expect you to pay it forward as we grow.

 

Bonus Points!:

  • 1-3 years of software or technology inside sales experience.
  • Sales experience in industries other than saas/technology
  • Strong Salesforce.com background
  • Tech savvy and willing to learn new tools
  • Experience in a startup environment
  • Service industry experience somewhere in your past
