In order to stay ahead of our competitors we need to continue to provide practical yet intuitive solutions to accounting requirements in different countries around the globe.
This role reports to the US Commercial Director.
How you'll make an impact
We are looking for a stellar Sales Coordinator to support our rest of country and national accounts sales teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is energized by a dynamic role, and is an expert in multitasking. We are looking for an operational thinker with a "get stuff done" attitude!
What you'll do
- Coordinate the sales teams by owning meeting schedules, agendas, and follow up, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
- Assist in organizing sales events across the country, including planning and logistics of quarterly sales team summits
- Work with other departments within the company to bring in support for sales initiatives
- Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Administer Learning Management System and coordinate training schedules for new employees and ongoing sales development

- Ability to work with a professional attitude in a fast paced and driven environment
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with privileged information
- Be self-directed and a detail-oriented contributor to the team
- Must be able to multi-task while remaining organized
Experience
- 2+ years experience in customer service or event coordinating positions
- Experience with Gmail, Google Docs and Google Hangout
- Bachelor's degree required
