Job Description

Reporting to the Inside Sales Director, this position is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the inside sales team. He/she will be responsible for various special projects including, but not limited to: auditing accounts and groups in Salesforce, creating a restaurant week selling database, auditing and updating pricing request tracking, assisting with coordination of summer training events and general help with reporting needs for the team. The Intern will also be responsible for assisting the ISC in the preparation of sales and training materials, other day-to-day office admin work and other special projects as needed.

  • Consistently meet and exceed goals, as assigned.
  • Assist with planning and coordination for team trainings and other off-sites.
  • Report, analyze and track data to support the Inside Sales, Sales Associate and Business Development teams.
  • Assist with other special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience

  • 2-3 years of college coursework preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Strong organization skills
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Technology Skills

  • Experience using Salesforce of equivalent CRM solution preferred
  • PC and various software applications (including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online meeting solutions)
  • OpenTable software experience a plus

  • Self-motivated with proven ability to perform well under pressure and against goals and deadlines.
