OpenTable is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Global Sales Operations team. Collaborating with the Manager of Global Sales Ops, you will be responsible for guiding & supporting our remote field teams through the onboarding & provisioning of our Point of Sale (POS) integration product. We're looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail and is able to easily spot patterns and trends. I this role, you will work closely with our Post Installation team, Sales Operations, as well as provisioning vendors.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities

  • You will provide support to a global team of remote Sales and Services Managers who rely on Salesforce to manage their pipelines, deals, and customer satisfaction
  • You will send DocuSign & close won POS integration deals within Salesforce for complex group & independent sales
  • You will identify gaps in process & communication that delay the installation of POS integration and work quickly to fill in those gaps
  • You will maintain Chatter & Slack groups for clear communication
  • You will create and maintain dashboards and reports as needed
  • You can liaise as the main point of contact between the salesperson, the installation care team, & third party POS integration sales
  • You will support the POS integration presale administrative process
  • Ensure all installation completion data us entered into Salesforce database
  • Support POS integration data stewardship efforts

Other Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient with SFDC Google Docs, Word, Slides, and Excel
  • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated and able to perform well against hard deadlines
  • Capacity to grasp and learn complex concepts quickly and independently
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Highly focused; able to execute on one-off projects as well as on routine tasks

Preferred Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years professional work experience
  • Salesforce experience is strongly preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience
  • Experience supporting remote end-users with technical issues
  • Strong project coordination and organization skills
  • Experience with project timelines and meeting hard deadlines with a team
  • Experience in a professional sales role preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree
