Cloud Element is Looking for a Partner Enablement Program Manager with a passion for developing enablement programs to help Cloud Elements scale our products to the market through partners. This highly visible position will work within the rapidly growing Alliances organization to develop an effective and highly impactful education and enablement program for our Software Provider and System Integrator Partner Ecosystem.

This is an opportunity to define, build, manage, and run a market leading program.  This individual will own the lifecycle and delivery of the enablement programs they design. This entails strategy/planning, development, communication and awareness, facilitation, and ongoing maintenance. Ultimately building a repeatable set of training and enablement assets and methods.

The ideal candidate is a high energy individual with experience in software SaaS and Cloud Computing, with curriculum and program design, development, and delivery expertise. The ideal candidate will also possess strong strategic and analytical skills, and program management skills. Candidates should have strong capabilities to interact and manage across a wide range of cross-organizational teams.

In This Role, You Will

  • Create and own ramp-up of Enablement Program for Partners

  • Design, develop and implement Partner enablement and training programs and resources in partnership with SMEs across the organization. Reviewing the specifications and user stories, and experimentation and turn it into easy to understand documentation and enablement pieces for Partners

  • Understand the different partner types and their individual needs

  • Continuously conduct needs assessments and develop timely and relevant training programs accordingly

  • Codify for reuse any current ad-hoc enablement efforts bringing them into the program

  • Coordinate and/or facilitate at various events and training sessions to scale the Partner enablement programs you create to the Partner and customer audiences

  • Create, execute, and manage onboarding content for partners add this content to existing programs or deliver as net-new

  • Develop and manage the implementation of all partner training and enablement  programs including but not limited to : instructor-led training materials, workshops, e-learning, tutorials, reference guides, and presentations

  • Create and manage the enablement content repository and communication models and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need for Partners

  • Support ad hoc pre/post-sales and partner ecosystem enablement special projects as needed

  • Ability to thrive in a  start-up environment

About you:

  • 4 year BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years experience in sales or partner enablement, or a similar sales or partner supporting role, preferably with SaaS or Cloud Companies

  • Proven track record of scoping, building and executing integrated partner enablement programs, including program development, delivery, and management

  • Very detail oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Effective presentation and facilitation skills

  • Program and project management skills

  • IaaS and API development industry knowledge/experience a plus

  • Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment and less defined organization required.

  • Outstanding time management skills, self-directed with an ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks required.

  • 20-30% travel to include international locations
