Overview of position:

As our Partner Development & Enablement (PD&E) Operations Specialist you will be a key player in supporting and streamlining our Partner operations and administration processes and systems as well as supporting our Global Partner Network on a day to day basis. 

Your primary focus in this role will be to help optimize and support our Partner team and efforts at SAI. You will be the important link between partner development, finance and accounting and enterprise sales teams.  You will have the keen ability to effectively self-manage priorities and enjoy working and thriving in a dynamic, international cross-functional agile team environment.

What you will do:

  • Partner Communications
    • Support the Global Partner Network in the day to day business with support calls, questions and advice. Establishing an ongoing relationship
    • Support for partner case resolution coming from the Community Support Team
    • Develop the inside Partner Manager role and become a primary contact for Partners
  • Partner Research
    • Qualify potential Partners, web research
  • Partner Lead Management
      • Incoming triage of partner leads and opportunities, directing to the appropriate Partner Manager
      • Input any incoming partner leads from industry events, meetups and trade shows
      • Proactive contact and qualification of incoming partner leads, contact within 24 hours
  • Partner Contract Management
      • Provide partner contract management activities (initial, renewal, upgrade)
      • Ensure partner contract and other documents are signed, filed and and attached to the right lead, contact and/or opportunity; support contract redline and amendment flow
  • Partner OnBoarding
      • Administration and scheduling of Partner Onboarding
  • Salesforce Partner Data Management
    • Act as the go-to Salesforce guru for the Partner team – help and support the teams to understand the data, how to use the tools provided to most efficiently leverage the data for informed decision making
    • Ensure Salesforce has up to date Partner Manager account owners to enable lead flow into those owners as new leads enter the system
    • Analysis of Partner data to identify Partner growth, courseware purchase patterns
    • Perform ad-hoc queries and quantitative analysis on partner data
    • Support Salesforce.com partner data entry, data integrity
    • Build Salesforce reports and dashboards to track partner KPIs.

Skills and experience that are important for the role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5  years of applicable experience
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, self-motivated, and able to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Ability to build trustful relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to successfully juggle multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines
  • Experience with managing Salesforce data and reporting
  • Working understanding of Agile principles and practices
  • SAFe Agilist certification a plus.

This position is located in our corporate headquarters and learning center in Boulder, CO.

We are located in Northeast Boulder, situated on the hill above Valmont Bike Park, offering a wonderful view of the Mountains. Most of our employees continue to work remotely while at the same time we enjoy the ability to gather for planning and lunch is served on Wednesdays.
