Mid-Market Account Executive

Job Details 

ServiceCore is looking for two Mid-Market Account Executives to join our rapidly growing team. 

As a member of our sales team, your job will be to build your book of business through a combination of strategic outreach and inbound demos. This role is full cycle so you should be able to both source and close business as part of your skillset. Base compensation ranges from $50,000-$65,000/year with commission and incentives totaling an additional $15,000-$50,000, depending on performance.

Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities (prospecting practices)

  • Own entire sales cycle including; discovery, product recommendations, negotiating, and closing to generate new business

  • Provide live demonstrations to potential customers while driving value and advising how our software can make their day-to-day operations more efficient

  • Plan and execute an account strategy to exceed revenue and growth objectives

  • Proactive manage and organize your pipeline by with daily CRM entry

  • Exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications: 

  • A competitive eagerness to set yourself apart and achieve success / grow a user base

  • Proven track record: you’re a consistent top performer and have excelled throughout your career

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to manage an organized sales pipeline and drive to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas

  • Technical aptitude and the ability to successfully demonstrate software

  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

  • Knowledge of the sales cycle is appreciated

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, accounting or other relevant field

  • 2-4 years sales experience, SaaS preferred
