Manager, Outbound Sales Manager
Brandfolder is seeking Outbound Sales Manager to join our fast-paced team. Your primary role will be to manage and motivate our Sales Development Reps (SDRs). You will inspire the most recognizable brands in the world, like TripAdvisor and Slack, by providing tools and strategic insights that increase their brand engagement. You’ll have the ability to immediately impact decision-making in a high-growth company. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Hire, train and manage a team of Business Development Representatives
- Develop strategies for career growth within the Brandfolder sales organization
- Report on activity metrics and forecast to the sales executives/directors
- Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship
- Actively use salesforce.com and other SaaS tools to manage sales process, and set standards for performance metrics
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years of closing experience and proven record of success in sales as an individual contributor
- Proven ability to generate business from cold email prospecting
- B2B Software Experience, preferably in Martech
- 1 year of sales management or leadership preferred
- Ability to hire and train new BDRs
- Experience successfully managing people to achieve performance goals
- Robust Salesforce.com analysis and reporting skill set
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Detailed knowledge of the DAM and the SaaS landscape
- Passion for Brand
