We are a rapidly expanding our US Marketing Operations and Lead Gen Team.  simPRO’s client base is increasing and as a result, we require the skills of a Lead Gen Rep who can expand and continue to grow interest in simPRO Software in the US.

This position is based in Broomfield, Colorado and reports directly to the Team Leader - Lead Gen, who is based in Colorado.  This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to start his or her sales career.   

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join an established, employee-friendly, global company with a new US presence that started in 2017 in Colorado that will grow exponentially across the United States in the next 12 to 18 months.

The Role:

  • Execute against defined calling and email campaigns to generate, qualify and transition opportunities
  • Follow up, qualify, and nurture inbound requests from multiple sources including marketing campaigns, web leads and chats, emails and inbound phone calls
  • Cold calling prospects
  • Updating client information records in the relevant CRM
  • Providing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that track progress to plan
  • Increasing pipeline through demand generation; consistently meeting and exceeding pipeline development quota
  • Following up on marketing leads from trade shows and targeted campaigns
  • Conducting qualification, discovery and other pre-sales activities with prospects
  • Producing accurate forecasts and reporting of all sales activities using CRM
  • Develop and manage other lead generation tactics
  • Generating prospect interest and scheduling meeting for company events such as trade shows, webinars
  • Participating in the execution of Marketing campaigns and associated follow up
  • Consistently meet calling, emailing and opportunity creation goals
  • Successfully transition opportunities to other members of the sales team
  • Lead generation activities where required
  • Assist Manager and team where required

Required Experience:

  • 1-3 years prior lead generation experience, inside sales or prior experience selling software
  • Experience working with multiple products and services
  • Demonstrate persistence and the ability to overcome objections
  • Demonstrated added value approach to customers
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Maintain internal and external customer focus in all aspects of the job in a fast paced environment
  • Experience working with multiple products and services
