Frontier Fire Protection is a market-leading fire & life safety systems construction & service company. The company has over 140 employees, a majority of which are members of the UA Local Union 669 Road Sprinkler Fitters which has jurisdiction in 48 states, providing the company with top-tier skilled field labor. In October of 2016, the company was acquired and recapitalized by a PE investor group and poised for exceptional success with planned in-state expansion north & south along the front range and west into the mountains and western slope.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Sales, the Inside Sales Associate provides sole support to sales team by performing a number of sales and marketing daily tasks. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. This is a full-time position in Denver, Colorado. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m
ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS/DUTIES
- Responsible for the full life-cycle selling process (initial contact through close)
- Responsible for scheduling meetings and generating new accounts
- High volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day
- Responsible for quota attainment and activity metrics within assigned territory
- Develop the expertise to provide accurate monthly/quarterly sales forecast
- Assist in creating creative marketing campaigns
- Assist in marketing efforts and PPC/SEO campaigns in job description
- Data entry and administrative duties as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s degree in Business
- 1 year of sales, marketing or business development experience with proven track record of success, preferably B2B sales
- Construction or similar industry experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors
- A self-starter who can demonstrate high resilience and independence
- Must have intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma
- 2 years of experience in a customer service setting
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is a requirement of the position
